1. ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

2. OUR PRODUCTS

However, the colors, appearance, texture, and other visual characteristics of products displayed on your device may vary depending on your screen, device, display settings, lighting, and other factors.

Product images shown on our website are intended to provide a representation of the products and may not perfectly reflect the physical product.

We do not guarantee that the appearance of a product on your device will exactly match the physical product received.

Product descriptions, specifications, availability, pricing, designs, and other product information may be changed or updated at any time at our discretion.

We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit the quantity of products available for purchase at any time.

3. MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

Our products are made to order.

Each product is produced specifically in response to an individual customer order under the direction, specifications, and quality standards established by NO PASSENGERS CLUB.

Because products are made to order, production begins after an order has been processed and prepared for manufacturing.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that the product may not be immediately available as pre-manufactured inventory and that additional time may be required for production before shipment.

4. ORDERS

When you place an order through our website, you are submitting a request to purchase the selected products.

An order is not considered fully accepted until payment has been successfully authorized and the order has been accepted for processing.

NO PASSENGERS CLUB reserves the right to refuse, limit, modify, or cancel any order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, payment issues, inventory or production limitations, pricing or listing errors, suspected misuse of our Services, or other circumstances that may prevent us from fulfilling the order.

If we cancel or modify an order, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you using the contact information provided with the order.

You are responsible for reviewing your order carefully before submitting it.

Once an order enters the manufacturing stage, we may no longer be able to cancel it.

All returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which customers are encouraged to consult on our Policies page.

5. ORDER CANCELLATION

Because our products are made to order, cancellation requests must be submitted before the order enters manufacturing.

We will make reasonable efforts to process eligible cancellation requests.

Once manufacturing has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible because the product is being produced specifically for your order.

Cancellation requests are therefore not guaranteed after an order has entered the manufacturing process.

6. RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers should consult our Policies page for the complete requirements, eligibility conditions, return period, refund procedures, and exchange rules.

Our Return & Refund Policy establishes, among other things, the applicable return period, conditions for eligible returns and exchanges, customer responsibility for return shipping in applicable circumstances, and the absence of a restocking fee for approved returns.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to override rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

7. PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices displayed on our website are subject to change without prior notice.

The price charged for a product will generally be the price displayed at the time the order is placed, subject to applicable taxes, promotions, discounts, or pricing errors.

Promotional offers may have additional terms and conditions. If a promotion contains terms that conflict with these Terms, the specific promotional terms will control with respect to that promotion.

You agree to provide accurate and complete billing, payment, and contact information for every purchase.

You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided for your purchase.

All charges associated with your order, including applicable product prices, shipping charges, and taxes, must be paid using an accepted payment method.

8. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We currently sell and ship our products within the United States.

Shipping and delivery estimates provided on our website are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Because our products are made to order, the total time between placing an order and receiving it may include both production time and shipping time.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including carrier delays, severe weather, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, or other events outside our control.

Once an order has been transferred to the applicable shipping carrier, delays occurring within the carrier's network may be outside our direct control.

However, nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies available to you under applicable law.

9. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Although we make reasonable efforts to keep product information accurate and current, we cannot guarantee that every product displayed on our website will always be available.

We reserve the right to:

Change product availability;
Discontinue products;
Modify product designs or specifications;
Limit quantities;
Correct product or pricing information; and
Cancel orders affected by material errors or unavailable products.

If we cancel an order because a product is unavailable or an error materially affects the order, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and provide an appropriate refund where applicable.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Any unauthorized resale or commercial use of NO PASSENGERS CLUB products, images, artwork, designs, logos, or other brand materials is strictly prohibited.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership interest or license in our intellectual property.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved by NO PASSENGERS CLUB.

11. PERSONAL AND NON-COMMERCIAL USE

Purchasing a product from NO PASSENGERS CLUB does not grant you any intellectual property rights in the product's artwork, graphics, branding, or design.
